| Now, What can I DO with it? Digitally Enhanced Photography The computer has taken all of the arts to an entirely new realm. There have been alot of advances to the world of photography over the years, but the ability to manipulate the image digitally has been a mindspring for countless artists, including myself. The coolest thing about computer based graphics, is that you can work with them, not only in 2D image forms, but also in and with 3D accompanyment. With the related printing technology, you can now produce an image any size you want. So, don't just ask for a little framed print, go ahead and fill the dining room wall with it.! |
The 40's show! These images began from a collection of small photos that my father collected through the 1940's. I scan and work the images to bring out the best and brightest of a bygone era. Most of the actors are related to me, and almost all have sadly, passed away. I have tried, relentlessly, to find Millie. She was my Betty Page character, pretty and posed for all occasions. Millie, If you are out there, send me an Email! |
3D Enhanced RendersI love to create and manipulate things in 3D space, and I love working with 2D images. This section is where these two ideas collide. The flexibility of having that 3rd dimension opens up a lot of new possibilities. There will always be new art forms. |
Digitally Enhanced PhotographyHere is where the image meets the computer head-on. Scanned in, or straight from disk, the digital image is made for an artist. You can manipulate anything you want about it, and stop at multiple points along the way if you want. This IS today's art, and it likes to be printed large. |
